Corrections and how to report them
If something on this site is wrong, we want to hear about it — from drivers, from fleets and from platforms alike.
How to send a correction
Email jakov@rideworker.com with the page address, what is wrong and, where you can, a link or screenshot of the correct information. You can also use the contact form.
What happens next
- We acknowledge every report within two working days.
- Anything about money — a bonus, a commission, a rental cost — is checked first.
- When we change a page, the "last verified" date changes with it, and a material correction is noted on the page itself.
