Terms of Use
Draft for legal review. The short version: we are independent, our figures are researched estimates, and you should always confirm the current terms with the platform or fleet before you sign anything.
1. What Rideworker is
Rideworker is an independent information website for delivery couriers and rideshare drivers in Europe. We publish guides, pay explanations and sign-up bonus information, and we can pass your details to a fleet partner if you ask us to. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Independence and trademarks
Rideworker is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or acting on behalf of Wolt, Glovo, Bolt, Uber, Free Now, Deliveroo, Stuart, or any other platform mentioned on this site.
All platform names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to identify and describe the services they refer to, in the way that any independent publication refers to a company by name. Nothing on this site should be read as an official statement from any of those companies.
3. Pay, bonus and earnings information
Pay rates, bonus amounts, commission levels and earnings estimates published on this site are researched estimates, not official platform data, and must be verified with the fleet partner or the platform directly before you rely on them.
- Figures come from interviews with working drivers and couriers and from checks against official platform pages — see how we verify information.
- Every figure carries a "last checked" date. Platforms change terms per city, per week and per driver group, often without notice, so a figure can be out of date the day after we check it.
- A bonus shown here is not an offer from us and does not create any entitlement. Only the platform or fleet can confirm whether an offer applies to you.
4. No employment or agency relationship
Rideworker is not your employer, recruiter, agent or contracting party. If we introduce you to a fleet partner, any agreement you reach is between you and that partner — we are not a party to it, and we do not control their onboarding decisions, rates, deductions or payouts.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, immigration or employment advice. Rules on licensing, self-employment and taxation differ by country and change often. Confirm your own situation with a qualified adviser or the competent authority before acting.
6. Using the site
- Do not submit false details or someone else's phone number.
- Do not scrape, copy in bulk or republish our content without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
7. External links
We link to platform pages, regulators and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from a figure that has changed since we checked it, or from your dealings with any platform or fleet partner. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us — see corrections. We treat anything involving money as a priority.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version published here always applies. Questions: jakov@rideworker.com. The governing law and competent courts will be specified here before launch.
