How Rideworker makes money — the plain version

The short answer

Rideworker is an information site. We do not operate a fleet, manage drivers or place anyone with a fleet today — there is no sign-up form on this site. If a link to a platform or fleet ever earns us a referral fee, we say so on that page.

What that means for you

• You never pay us anything. Any fee would be paid by a platform or fleet, from their recruitment budget.
• It never comes out of your earnings. Your rates, bonuses and payouts are set by the platform and the fleet — a referral fee is separate and does not reduce them.
• You sign with the fleet or platform directly. We are not your employer, your fleet manager or your agent.

What partnerships never influence

• We never sell placement — no fleet can pay to rank higher or appear more prominently.
• We never change a bonus figure, pay estimate or condition because of a commercial deal.
• We never hide unfavourable terms we know about because a partner pays us.

How we keep the two sides separate

The research and the routing are separate jobs. Figures on this site come from driver interviews and checks against official platform pages, as described in how we verify information. If you believe a commercial relationship has affected something we published, tell us via corrections — we take that seriously.

Your data

When you submit a form, we share only the details needed to match you — your city, platform interest, employment status and phone number — and only with the matched partner in your country. You always give explicit consent first. See the Privacy Policy.
